EXhaustomatic Vehicle Exhaust Removal Systems Company Scope
The scope of our products are simple. Per the specifications issued by various Fire Departments, EXhaustomatic has designed a totally automatic disconnect vehicle exhaust removal system. The system utilizes three different quick release nozzles and high quality hose with a pressure blower as the prime mover of the exhaust fumes.
All equipment in our systems meet or exceed all OSHA, NIOSH and NFPA 1500 requirements along with local, state and federal codes.
EXhaustomatic is the only company to offer as standard equipment Carbon Monoxide Monitoring in conjunction with the control panel. The "CO" Sensor automatically turns a red warning light "ON" and sounds a 95 DBA horn when the carbon monoxide levels reach either the OSHA S.T.E.L. (Short Term Exposure Limit) of 200 PPM for 15 minutes or NIOSH T.W.A. (Time Weighted Average) of 35 PPM over 8 hours.
In the spirit of "Made in USA" EXhaustomatic is an Indiana Corporation, formed in 1992 to provide Fire Departments with an automated vehicle exhaust removal system at a reasonable price. All components are manufacturered in and around Indiana.
Prior to 1992, Mike Egan, President of EXhaustomatic, worked for one of the Swedish competitors and sold their first 20 installations in the Midwest.
He is a founding member and past president of N.A.O.V.E.R.M. the National Association of Vehicle Exhaust Removal Manufacturers.
